Orientation to Surface Supplied Air Diving
This is a one day PADI specialty that offers the recreational diver a chance to walk the seabed wearing surface supplied diving gear as used by commercial divers. A classroom session provides information on commercial diving equipment and techniques as well as covering legislation and commercial diver training. Candidates then get to experience a short shallow dive wearing surface supplied gear during which they are able to talk to the dive supervisor on the surface. Whether you are considering a career in commercial diving or just want to learn more about the commercial diving industry and try a dive in "hat-diving" gear you are sure to enjoy this program.
Orientation to Surface Supplied Air Diving specialties are conducted at Scubadive West and are priced at €200 per diver.
